TERMS OF USE OF Beehive

Please read these Terms of Use (the "Terms") carefully before accessing or using the websites, applications, interfaces, APIs, AI modules, services, content, and features operated by Hexatech Solutions Inc. Beehive is referred to as a sub-product of Hexatech and operates as a website.

1) Definition of the Service

"Service" collectively means the websites, applications, dashboards, APIs, widgets, AI-powered modules, as well as any content, features, documentation, support materials, and other services provided by Hexatech.

2) Eligibility and Authorized Use

  1. Intended audience: The Service is intended for business users (B2B). You represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  2. Accounts: You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activities carried out under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use or security breach.
  3. Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information.
  4. Lawful use: You will use the Service for lawful, professional purposes only, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

3) Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify the Service and/or update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting on our site/app. By continuing to use the Service after posting, you accept the revised Terms.

4) Accounts – Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, in whole or in part, without notice if: (a) you violate the Terms or the law, (b) your conduct may harm Hexatech, our users, or third parties, or (c) for operational or security reasons.

5) Intellectual Property of the Service

The Service, including its content and infrastructure, is protected by applicable laws and remains the property of Hexatech and/or its licensors. Unless expressly authorized, you may not copy, modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense, publish, publicly display, publicly perform, or create derivative works from the Service or its content.

8) Prohibited Uses

Without limiting the above, you agree not to:
  • violate the law, intellectual property rights, or personality rights
  • attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Service or disrupt its operation
  • use the Service to send spam, bulk automated content, or engage in fraudulent activities
  • collect or process personal data of others without proper legal basis
  • use the Service in critical environments or activities without a specific written contract

15) Governing Law – Jurisdiction

These Terms and the Service are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be exclusively submitted to the courts of Québec.
